- Green Street Tour - a 'virtual tour' of six different businesses, to help you to identify ways of making savings in your own business, through resource efficiency improvements.
- Carbon Trust 'Empower' - a free tool to help office workers commit to making carbon and cost savings at work, through online tutorials, virtual tours, a quiz and other interactive elements (requires registration).
- Resource Efficiency Questionnaire - a free and confidential questionnaire from the Environment Agency that generates a report on your business's environmental performance, with advice for how to make improvements.
- CIWM Waste Management Courses - information on the Chartered Institution of Wastes Management short course on waste management. Contact your local ENWORKS partner for details of free environmental courses in your area.
- Top Tips - practical advice from Business Link on how businesses can save money and increase resource efficiency, with additional links to further sources of support and information.
- Recycling Services Directory - a free directory from WRAP, the national Waste and Recycling Action Programme, to help you access recycling services for your business.
- Save Money and Go Green - an interactive tool from Business Link, to help you assess the areas where you are most likely to be able to cut costs, based on business type. It also provides links to further informaton.
- Resources Impacts - an interactive, web-based tool called the 'Envirowise Indicator', to help you see how your use of resources impacts on the environment, and where financial savings can be made.
- Waste Hierarchy Guidance - 14-page business guide from Defra, on how to apply the 'waste hierarchy' approach to waste management, in line with EU and UK legislation.
- Green Technologies and Renewables - free advice and information on environmental technologies and renewable energy from Envirolink to help you choose the best technologies for your business, with advice on the financial, legal, technical and planning aspects.
